anyone who has smoked marijuana knows that it gives the user a pleasant experience when high. i smoked a while ago, so obviously the effects of the drug are long-gone. but this is the strange part: some things that i tend to do when under the influence, like rocking back and forth when reading/listening to music, not being able to watch tv, and feeling the need to draw, etc are still happening. the main thing marijuana does is affect the release of neurotransmitters which are already found naturally in the brain; so, in theory, we should be able to channel these effects even when we’re not high. we can go back to that pleasant state if we have the desire to do so. what are your opinions on this? can we experience that high through meditation or something similar?
And which will be the first state to decriminalize all types of marijuana possession and paraphernalia even go on to legalize it? California maybe? I mean, even Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger was filmed smoking the stuff back in the 70′s during a bodybuilding documentary! He thought nothing of it. It simply wasn’t a big deal.
